Fit BFR Women's Top: True to size.

BFR Nordic products are designed for training, movement, and maximum performance. If you are between two sizes: Size up for a more comfortable fit. Size down for a tighter compression feel. Compression garments should fit snugly and provide support, but should never cause pain, numbness, or discomfort.

When do I get the best effect from BFR?

Can I use Votwear for regular training?

Yes. The garments can be used as functional training wear, both with and without a BFR focus. For BFR-inspired use, you should start slowly and gradually get to know how your body responds. Do not use maximum pressure or high intensity before you have experience with the product.

What should I avoid when using BFR?

Avoid excessive pressure, long sessions without breaks, heavy maximal strength training with BFR without supervision, and discontinue use if you experience discomfort, numbness, or pain. You should also avoid using BFR if you have medical risk factors without first consulting qualified healthcare professionals.
